Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Notico application, web browser interfaces, and any related services operated by Notico D.O.O. (collectively, the "Application"). Notico D.O.O. is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

1. Information collection and use

To provide core functionalities, the Application processes three categories of information:

  • Account & profile data: when you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
  • Integrated notification data: to generate summaries and action insights, the Application connects to third-party services you explicitly authorize (such as Slack, Gmail, Asana, or Outlook). We access and read notification metadata (app origin, timestamps) and the text content of incoming notifications.
  • Usage & device data: we automatically collect device IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and time spent interacting with the Application to support stability, error logging, and performance analytics.

2. How we process notification data & AI integration

The Application acts as a reading and processing interface to filter and summarize your workspace activity. We do not provide features to reply or write back to third-party applications.

To generate your daily briefs and action items, text snippets from your notifications are securely transmitted via API to third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) sub-processors:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI API): Privacy Policy
  • Google AI (Gemini API): Privacy Policy and Developer Terms
AI data protection guarantee We utilize the commercial developer API tiers for all AI processing. Under these enterprise terms, your notification data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never visible to human reviewers, and is strictly prohibited from being used to train third-party machine learning or foundational AI models.

3. Data retention & ephemeral processing

We believe in strict data minimization:

  • Notification text: the raw content of your notifications is processed ephemerally to generate your summaries. We do not maintain long-term permanent storage of your raw notification history on our backend servers.
  • Generated briefs & summaries: retained only as long as necessary to populate your active user dashboard, or until you choose to delete them.
  • Account data: retained for the duration of your active account use. You can permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time by emailing contact@notificationcompany.com.

4. Third-party access, advertising, and marketing

  • No advertising or remarketing: the Service Provider does not display third-party advertisements within the Application, nor do we utilize user text, notification profiles, or account information for remarketing, profiling, or targeted advertising purposes.
  • No commercial data selling: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or notification insights to any external brokers or third parties.
  • Authorized sub-processors: data is shared exclusively with our secure AI sub-processors (outlined in Section 2) and essential backend infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service.

5. Future monetization and paid services

The Application is currently operating in a testing and Beta layout. While the service is provided without charge during this period, the Service Provider will introduce paid subscription tiers and premium billing features in future releases. When premium tiers are introduced, any processing of payment cards or billing details will be handled via secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe). Your payment information will never be stored on our own servers.

6. International data transfers (GDPR compliance)

Notico D.O.O. operates globally. Data processed through the Application may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside your country or the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically where our secure cloud hosting and AI infrastructure partners reside. We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and legally recognized data safety frameworks to ensure your data receives equivalent protections globally under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Your rights & control

  • Disconnecting apps: you can disconnect any integrated workspace app at any time through the Application settings, which immediately revokes our access token.
  • Data access & deletion: you have the right to access, correct, or request the complete erasure of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at contact@notificationcompany.com.

8. Security and data encryption lifecycle

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your personal information and integrated notification data. We implement a strict data protection lifecycle to ensure your text streams remain secure:

  • Encryption at rest & in transit: all incoming notification text data is fully encrypted using industry-standard protocols while moving over networks (SSL/TLS) and while temporarily residing on our secure backend infrastructure.
  • Ephemeral decryption for AI summarization: to analyze and summarize your updates, text data is decrypted strictly within a highly secure, volatile server memory environment at the exact moment it is loaded into the secure AI sub-processor APIs.
  • Re-encryption and erasure: once the AI has successfully generated your workspace brief, the raw notification text is immediately re-encrypted or permanently flushed from our active runtime memory cache. We do not store unencrypted logs of your raw notification history on our backend servers.

While we implement commercial-grade administrative, electronic, and physical safeguards designed to secure your data, no security system can be guaranteed 100% infallible.

9. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA/CalOPPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at contact@notificationcompany.com.

10. Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact us immediately.

11. Data breach notification

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our integrations or global privacy laws. We will notify you of any material updates by updating the text on this URL page and changing the effective date. Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request.

13. Contact us

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, or the data privacy of your AI notification briefs, please contact us.

Terms of Use

Effective date: June 1, 2026

Welcome to Notico. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, web applications, and services located at www.notificationcompany.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Notico D.O.O., a company incorporated in Belgrade, Serbia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, connecting a third-party application, or utilizing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of service

Notico is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) utility designed to streamline personal and internal business workspace communications. The Service connects via secure authorization to third-party applications selected by the user (including, but not limited to, Slack, Outlook, Gmail, and Asana) to read and collect incoming notification content. By utilizing integrated Artificial Intelligence systems, including Anthropic (Claude AI) and Google AI APIs, the Service analyzes, sorts, and delivers action items and automated summaries, such as the "Morning Coffee Brief," directly to the user dashboard.

Read-only limitation: you acknowledge and agree that Notico operates strictly as an analytical reading interface. The Service does not provide functionality to write back to, reply within, alter, or transmit messages into your connected third-party applications.

2. Eligibility and age restrictions

The Service is intended solely for adult users operating for personal or internal business purposes. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that an individual under the age of 18 has created an account, we reserve the right to terminate the account and purge associated data immediately without notice.

3. User accounts and security

To access our core features, you must create a user account by providing a valid email address and setting a password.

  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must immediately notify us at contact@notificationcompany.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or threaten the operational stability of our infrastructure.

4. Third-party integrations and external links

  • Integrations: to leverage the Service, you must explicitly authorize Notico to connect to your third-party platform accounts (for example, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise, Asana). You represent that you have all necessary rights, workplace permissions, and corporate clearances to grant Notico access to these communication streams.
  • Independent status: Notico is an independent software tool and is not endorsed, sponsored, partnered, or explicitly affiliated with Slack, Microsoft, Google, or Asana.
  • Third-party links: our service may summarize or display links to external third-party websites that we do not own or control. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

5. Prohibited user activities

You agree that you will not utilize the Service to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service to advertise, solicit, or offer to sell unauthorized commercial goods and services.
  • Selling, renting, trading, or otherwise transferring your personal Notico profile or workspace account access to another individual.
  • Bypassing, decrypting, or attempting to reverse-engineer our secure application programming interfaces (APIs) or data routing environments.
  • Attempting to feed malicious code, automated script payloads, or security exploits through the notification processing pipeline.

6. Billing, free trials, and cancellation policy

  • Currency & formats: all payments for our subscription tiers are denominated in Euros (€). We accept major forms of electronic payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
  • Free trials: we may offer free trial periods for premium tiers. If you participate in a free trial, your subscription will simply be suspended at the end of the trial period unless you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid premium tier. We will not automatically charge you without explicit opt-in confirmation.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time directly by logging into your account settings. Cancellation will stop future recurring subscription renewals.
  • No refunds: to the maximum extent permitted by law, all subscription fees and transaction purchases are non-refundable. The Company does not issue credits or refunds for partially used subscription periods or performance-related beta disruptions.

7. Marketing communications

The Service Provider communicates with users primarily via web notifications and administrative account emails. We do not collect phone numbers or send promotional or transactional SMS text messages to our users. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of our emails.

8. Proprietary rights and data confidentiality

  • Our intellectual property: the design, code, graphics, interactive modules, brand name, and proprietary algorithms of Notico remain the exclusive intellectual property of Notico D.O.O. and are protected by international copyright laws.
  • Your workspace data: we claim zero ownership over the incoming text stream or data pulled from your connected applications. As between you and the Company, you or your respective employer retain all intellectual property rights and ownership over your communication data.

9. AI performance disclaimers

Our summary generation relies on advanced generative Artificial Intelligence models.

  • No training commitment: per our infrastructure developer agreements, your raw notification text blocks are encrypted and are never used by our third-party AI models (Anthropic and Google AI) for training or machine learning refinement.
  • Summary accuracy: because AI text generation is inherently probabilistic, we do not warrant or guarantee that automated summaries, categorization tags, or morning briefs will be 100% accurate, error-free, or fully contextualized. You should independently verify critical workplace requests or deadlines.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notico D.O.O., its directors, employees, or tech partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of workplace profits, data degradation, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

Liability cap: in no event shall the total collective liability of Notico D.O.O. for all claims, damages, or legal actions exceed the lower of: (a) one hundred Euros (€100.00), or (b) the actual total amount paid by you to the Company for the specific services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Dispute resolution and litigation

If you have a concern or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company directly.

If an informal resolution cannot be achieved, you agree that any legal dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be settled exclusively in the competent local courts of Belgrade, Serbia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Contact information

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.

Accessibility Statement

Effective date: June 1, 2026

At Notico, operated by Notico D.O.O., we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We continuously strive to improve the user experience for everyone, applying relevant global accessibility standards to both our public website and our cloud-based application interfaces.

Ongoing efforts

We are actively working to maintain and improve the accessibility of our platform by:

  • Clear layouts & typography: designing with high-contrast, clean layouts and adjustable, readable text structures suitable for diverse visual needs.
  • Color optimization: reviewing and eliminating color combinations that are difficult to see, ensuring a high level of contrast between text elements and backgrounds.
  • Seamless navigation: ensuring our web dashboard and application elements are structured logically to support intuitive keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility.
  • Clean AI formatting: structuring our automated AI summaries and daily workspace briefs so they can be easily parsed by standard assistive technologies.

Limitations

While we aim to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) best practices, Notico acts as an aggregation interface that ingests raw notification text streams from various external third-party platforms. Because this third-party communication content is generated outside our ecosystem, certain data blocks or external links may not always fully conform to perfect accessibility baselines. We appreciate your understanding as we work to continuously optimize our processing filters.

Feedback & support

If you experience any difficulty accessing content within our web application, or if you have targeted recommendations on how we can improve our interface accessibility, please contact us directly. We deeply value your user feedback and will do our best to evaluate and address any flagged usability constraints promptly.
